Dimension range:

♦ outer diameter: from 0,31 mm to 5,00 mm;

♦ wall thickness: from 0,08 to 0,50 mm;

♦ tolerances: from ±0,005  to ± 0,03 mm.

    The Mifam tubes are produced by the method of floating mandrel drawing. The bright annealing in an oxygen-free atmosphere and degreasing treatment make both outer and inner surfaces clean and glossy. Through the mechanical and chemical tests performed in our laboratories the high quality of our tubes is ensured since the incoming material as well as the finished products are examined routinely.

Our tubes are produced under ISO 9626:2001 standard.

Delivery:

♦ in coils;

♦ straight cut, standard lenghts 2000mm or according to customer requirements;

♦ cut into sections from 15 to 100 mm lenghts;

♦ upon customer specification.

It is possible to make soft tubing as well.

For all our products we issue quality certificates 3.1 according to PN – EN 10204:2006, including:

◊ steel class  and its chemical composition;

◊ measurements: lenghts, outer and inner diameters;

◊ results of visual assesment: quality;  outer and inner surface purity and correctness of packaging.
